Prior to commencing, we first thoroughly investigate the strengths and weaknesses of the position of the parties, analyse the situation and then report our findings and recommendations to our client. We then work with our client to build and agree on a specific strategic plan to achieve the desired results. From there we then proceed to negotiate.

Melissa Escreza – Property Manager

With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Melissa brings a wealth of expertise and a proactive, systematic approach to her work that has cemented her success in the field. Starting her career in 2012 in Queensland, she has since worked across ACT, NSW, and now Adelaide, gaining invaluable insights from diverse markets.

Her real estate journey began in project sales, where she played a key role in supporting, marketing, and administering some of Brisbane’s most iconic riverside developments. From there, she transitioned into property management and honed her skills in training real estate agents, further demonstrating her commitment to excellence in the industry.

Most recently, Melissa sold her own successful agency in Canberra before relocating to Adelaide. She holds an Associate Diploma with the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) and has received multiple industry awards, a testament to her dedication and talent.

Outside of work, Melissa and her husband, Philipp, love spending quality time with their two young children, enjoying family adventures at the beach, park, or playgrounds, and creating lasting memories through picnics and quality time together.
